Shipping & Payment

1, There are often 3 shipping methods for buyers' option:
1), EXW price, buyer's shipping agent picks up the goods from our factory in Guangzhou, China.
2), We deliver the ordered items to destination port as buyers' requirements.
3), We deliver the ordered items to buyers' door by sea.
Buyers can opt one method from the 3 options.
When ordering in bulk, the better shipping method option is to destination port so that buyers can save shipping cost.

2, Shipping time is about 40 days to U.S or Europe, Supioneer's production time is 20-40 days,
it is about 70-80 days for Buyers to receive the goods after order.

3, Supioneer will try best to deliver the goods to Buyer as earlier as possible.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to severe weather, union strikes, fires,
floods, quarantine restrictions, freight embargoes or other acts of governments.

4, Supioneer accepts payment by T/T(bank transfer), PayPal (3% bank fee is charged if buyers pay by PayPal), Western Union, MoneyGram.
After buyer confirms order, we will send invoice to buyer for payment. 50% deposit should be paid.
we send products' photos to buyer for confirmation after products are finished, and deliver the goods after balance is paid.
